We’re always striving to make sure you get what you’re looking for from our room of unique and wonderful gadgetry. However, we know that we’re all silly wonderful fallible humans and sometimes things go awry.

If You Received the Wrong Item, it was Damaged or Defective

We’re sorry, we know that nobody likes to get the wrong thing or have something damaged in the post. We are more than happy to get you a replacement or a refund for your purchase price within 90 days of the purchase of the item after we get the item back to us with all of the contents included (manuals, instructions, packaging, etc. where applicable). Check out our Return Page to fill out the form to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number. For those that created an account during checkout simply go to "My Account" at the bottom of the site, select "Order History," then select the purchase order you made. Next to the item you wish to return select the bent arrow icon that will pre-fill most of the information you need on the returns page.

If You Changed Your Mind, Ordered the Wrong Item or Size

We’ll send you a refund for your purchase within 60 days of the original purchase date (minus original shipping costs) if your item is returned as unopened (if sealed) or in as-new condition if an originally non sealed item with all of the original manuals, cards, instructions, certificates, etc. as applicable. Apparel must remain unworn. This excludes any items that are marked as clearance, close-outs, or non-returnable.

Once we receive your item you’ll receive a refund on your credit card or paypal account (the same as your original payment method).

For normal returns you are responsible for return shipping charges to get the item back to us.

Please use the golden rule of returns; if you wouldn't consider the item new when someone was selling it to you, we can’t consider it new to sell it to someone else. This means original sticker seals or anything keeping a package officially as new can’t be removed.

For Items Returned to Sender Due to Wrong Addresses

Our main method of shipping is through UPS or Fedex, but for some smaller items that can be shipped under 13 ounces they go out with the United States Postal Service. For rural areas that have non-standard delivery zones or addresses please make sure that your address is compatible with your delivery method. Customers are responsible for additional shipping charges in the case that items are returned to us through an incompatible address/carrier combination. If you know you need a particular carrier or method to get to your address please let us know in the notes during checkout In our experience 99% of customers don't fall into this case. This case usually applies to very small towns.

Products returned to us that are marked by the mail carrier as insufficient address will either be refunded minus the shipping cost, or an additional shipping charge will be added to ship the product back out. Please double check that you shipping address is correct (including apartment, lot, unit number when applicable) before ordering.
